- Remove the tofu from its packing container and discard water
- Open the slicer (flat) and place the big part of the slicer on the tofu container so it's aligned with the container
- Place the tofu on top of the slicer and press down gently - it will cut vertically and the tofu will fall into the container
- Place the small part of the slicer (looks like two Hs "HH") in the tofu container (near the short edge) until it touches the bottom and then slide it sideways to make the horizontal cuts
- So fast and easy... the diced pieces are ready!
