Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If an item isn’t right, we accept returns under the following conditions:

In-Store Returns Only
All online orders must be returned in person to our store. We do not accept mail-in returns at this time.

Return Window
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by your receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale merchandise

  • Perishable goods

  • Opened personal care or hygiene products

How to Return
Bring the item and a copy of your receipt or online order confirmation to the store. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us right away or visit the store with the item so we can make it right
