Welcome to Simply Home. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Shopping Online
We offer Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store (BOPIS). All online orders must be picked up at our store location. We do not offer shipping at this time.
Order Process
To purchase items:

Select your store location and click Add to Cart

Click Cart to view your items

Click Checkout to complete your order
Creating an online account is optional but allows quicker future checkout, and access to order history and tracking.
Order Pickup & Timing
Orders are typically ready within 2 hours during business hours. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for the email before coming to the store. Orders not picked up within 7 days will be canceled and refunded.
Cancellations

To cancel your order, call the store with your name and order number.

If we’ve already processed the order, we’ll refund your payment.

We may cancel your order if the item is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, or due to pricing errors.
Product Availability & Accuracy
We offer a curated selection of products online. Some items may only be available in-store. We do our best to keep product information accurate, but cannot guarantee there will be no errors in pricing, images, or descriptions. If a product is not as described, please contact us or return it per our return policy.
Tax
All purchases are subject to Hawaii State General Excise Tax (GET) of 4.712%.
