Order Pickup & Cancellation

Order Processing & Pickup

We'll have your order ready to pick up in-store within 2 hours after your order is submitted. You will receive a pickup confirmation email when your order is ready.

To ensure seamless service, please wait to receive the email before coming to the store. Store hours are 10 AM – 6 PM daily.

For orders placed near closing, after hours, or on holidays, we will have it ready for pickup within 2 hours of opening the next day.

Orders will be held for 7 days. After that, they will be canceled and refunded.

If an item is unavailable, we’ll adjust your order and only charge for what is available. If additional identification is needed, we will contact you.

Order Cancellations

If you cancel:
Call us at (808) 739-7007 with your name and order number. If your card has already been charged, we will refund you.

If we cancel:
This may occur if:

  • Items are unavailable

  • Payment cannot be processed

  • The same order was placed twice

  • There were pricing or promo errors

  • The order was not picked up within 7 days

If your card was charged, you will be refunded, and we’ll send a cancellation confirmation by email.
