OXO GG TOFU PRESS

OXO’s Tofu Press streamlines the process of pressing excess moisture to create firm tofu that gets crispy when prepared.  The rigid plate presses tofu evenly for consistent results.  Two pressing strengths allow you to customize tofu to your preference.  At the first setting, most of the water is pressed out in 15 minutes.  If you need more water out of the tofu, move to the second setting.  The clear body allows you to view the progress as the design keeps the tofu above the water.  The pressing knob locks flush with the lid for flat and stackable storage.
